SUMMARY:Mundelein Arts Festival
DESCRIPTION:The Mundelein Arts Festival is a lively\, two-day juried fine arts event presented by Mundelein Community Connection in partnership with the Mundelein Park District\, held at Courtland Commons in downtown Mundelein. It features the work of approximately 50 talented fine artists working in a variety of media\, offering visitors the chance to browse and purchase original art while enjoying live music and tasty food throughout the weekend.  \n\n\n\nIn addition to professional artists\, selected students from local high schools—Carmel Catholic and Mundelein High School—are highlighted\, and awards such as Best of Show\, Best in Category\, and an Emerging Artist Award are presented\, with scholarship money donated to support art students.  \n\n\n\nThe festival’s mission is to support the arts\, provide student scholarships\, and bring greater attention to Mundelein as a vibrant place to live and visit.
